Mersul will help you catch problems, arrange trusted local service, confirm the work, and get the car back to earning. You set the spending and service rules; the console keeps you informed without asking you to run a night shift. The product is built and being tested for launch. We are waiting on the same thing you are.

Autonomy solved the driving. It did not solve the cabin.
Every ride-hail business quietly relied on the driver to do a second job nobody priced. They wiped the seat, noticed the warning light, handed back the phone someone left behind, and decided when the car needed a wash — none of it in the fare. Take the driver out and all of that becomes an operations problem with no owner.
A robotaxi earns nothing while it sits soiled, and it cannot tell anyone. Mersul is the owner console and service marketplace that helps catch the problem, arrange the work within your limits and keep the completion record — so a growing fleet does not require a night shift to manage every service call.

Status as at October 22, 2026. What Tesla has and has not published is kept on its own page and dated.
Tesla is now accepting interest from businesses and individuals who want to purchase Cybercabs for commercial use, and has reported that Cybercab is in production. What is not published is the price, the delivery timing, or the terms of the owner-operator program. Until an owner can actually buy cars and enroll them on the ride network, no platform built on top of that can operate, including ours. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a launch date they do not have.

What we can do meanwhile is line up the service providers. A city with no cleaners is useless on day one, so we are recruiting detailers, washes, tire techs, mechanics and staging lots now, market by market, so that the supply exists before the first car needs it.
