Fleet operations for autonomous vehicles · launching with Tesla

Robotaxi fleet operations for independent Cybercab owners.

Be ready the day you can buy them.

A driverless car has nobody to notice the spilled coffee, the low tire, the smell of smoke. mersul will watch for you, pull the car off the network, send the right local vendor, verify the work, and put it back to earning. The software is built. We are waiting on the same thing you are.

Free to join, nothing to pay until your first car is earning. Fleet owners and service vendors both.

The mersul fleet console showing a live map, fleet health and an incident awaiting approval

The console as it stands today, running against Tesla’s fleet API in a test environment with simulated vehicles.

Autonomy solved the driving. It did not solve the cabin.

Every ride-hail business ran on one unpaid worker: the driver. They wiped the seat, noticed the warning light, handed back the phone someone left behind, and decided when the car needed a wash. Take the driver out and all of that becomes an operations problem with no owner.

A robotaxi earns nothing while it sits soiled, and it cannot tell anyone. mersul is the layer that notices, decides, dispatches, and proves the work was done — so an owner can hold twenty driverless assets without hiring a night shift to babysit them.

Where things stand

We are honest about the one thing we do not control.

Status as at 9 September 2026. What Tesla has and has not published is kept on its own page and dated.

Tesla is now accepting interest from businesses and individuals who want to purchase Cybercabs for commercial use, and says Cybercab production has started. What is not published is the price, the delivery timing, or the terms of the owner-operator program. Until an operator can actually buy cars and enrol them on the ride network, no platform built on top of that can operate, including ours. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a launch date they do not have.

  • Done

    The platform is built

Console, vendor app, dispatch rules, held payment released on verified work, and settlement reconciliation all exist today.

  • Done

    Tesla API integration

Telemetry, virtual keys and remote commands, tested against simulated vehicles.

  • In progress

    Vendor supply per city

Recruiting cleaners, tire techs, mechanics and staging lots ahead of launch.

  • Waiting on Tesla

    Fleet purchase terms

Interest form open; price, delivery timing and owner-operator terms unpublished. Our launch follows theirs, market by market.

What we can do meanwhile is line up the vendors. A city with no cleaners is useless on day one, so we are recruiting detailers, washes, tire techs, mechanics and staging lots now, market by market, so that the supply exists before the first car needs it.

Get in line for the first cohort.

Fleet owners and service vendors both sign up in the same place. Nothing to pay, no commitment, and we will tell you exactly where your market stands rather than sitting on your details.
