Pricing

Robotaxi fleet management pricing.

A subscription, plus card fees at cost.

These are our proposed launch prices, published now so you can model the economics rather than wait for us. Two things will appear on your invoice: the per-vehicle subscription below, and 3% on each payment you make to a vendor, which is the card processing charge passed straight through. Vendors are charged separately on their own side; nothing they pay appears on your invoice. We will not take a cut of your fares and we will not mark up your vendors. Nothing is billed until your first car is earning.

Starter

$19 / vehicle / mo

Live map, telemetry and manual dispatch. For one or two cars, or for watching a fleet you are not yet automating.

Fleet ProExpected default

$39 / vehicle / mo

Automation rules, the vendor marketplace, settlement reconciliation, accounting sync and role-based access for your team.

Enterprise

$59 / vehicle / mo

Several markets, an SLA-backed vendor pool, API access for your own tools, and a person who answers the phone.

Subscription

Per vehicle, per month

The plan you pick, billed monthly on the number of vehicles keyed to your account. Prorated when you add a car mid-cycle.

3%

Card processing, billed to you

Charged to you, not to the vendor, on money moving from your account to theirs. It is the card cost passed through, with nothing added. Separate from what a vendor pays us.

Nothing else

No fare cut, no vendor markup

We take no share of ride revenue, however Tesla ends up settling it. The quote you approve is the vendor’s own price.

Charging, cleaning and repairs stay yours, at whatever your vendors quote. The console shows both sides so you can see the real cost per mile. Proposed launch pricing — nothing is on sale yet, and we will tell this list before any of it changes.

Questions

The things owners ask first.

Do you take a percentage of my fares?
No. We never touch ride revenue. Tesla has not published how it will settle earnings to owner-operators, so we cannot tell you what that flow looks like — only that our fees are the per-vehicle subscription and 3% on payments you make to vendors, which is the card processing cost passed through.
Who pays the 3%, me or the vendor?
You do. It is the card processing cost on moving money from your account to the vendor’s, charged at cost with nothing added, and it appears as its own line on your invoice rather than being buried in the job price. It is not the vendor’s fee and it is not deducted from what they are paid.
Do you mark up the vendors?
Not to you. The quote you approve is the vendor’s price. Separately, and on their side of the transaction, we take a flat 15 percent from the vendor, the same on every job type. That is how the marketplace pays for itself, and it is a different charge from the 3% card processing you pay — the two are often confused because they both concern the same job.
What is the minimum fleet size?
One car. How many vehicles it takes before manual monitoring stops being realistic depends on your market, your utilisation and how much of your own time you are willing to spend. We have no operating data to put a number on that yet, and will not invent one.
What do I need before I can connect?
A Tesla account with Fleet API access and a virtual key paired per vehicle. The setup wizard walks the pairing and takes a few minutes per car.
Who pays if a vendor damages my car?
Vendors carrying their own commercial policy are claimed against first — theirs is primary. Behind that, our master policy covers the job from the moment the vendor opens the car until it closes, funded by 2 percent of the vendor’s payout rather than by you. We will not dispatch a job before that policy is in force, and the carrier, limits, deductible and exclusions are published before the first one.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, no notice period. Your data exports as CSV and your Tesla authorization is yours to revoke whenever you like.
