Nobody is left to give a vendor five stars.

In a gig marketplace the customer rates the work. Here the customer is a car, and the owner is asleep. So we score vendors on things a machine can prove.

Accepting and finishing

Did they take the dispatch and see it through, or ignore the ping and leave the car sitting.

Arriving when they said

Measured against the vendor’s own ETA. Promise fifteen minutes and take forty and this falls.

Time on the job

Against the standard for that work. A car in a bay is a car off the network, so slow costs you money.

Photos passing first time

The heaviest component. Three rejections before a pass means the work was not done properly the first time.

Fall below the line and the platform stops sending you work.

These weights are provisional. They are our starting position, not a result: no dispatch has run yet, so nothing here has been calibrated against real jobs. We expect to change them once there is evidence, and we will tell vendors before we do.

A score is not the last word. Every component shows the jobs behind it, a vendor can contest a specific job, and a suspension gets a human review before it stands. A car that would not start, a gate nobody could open, an owner who cancelled on arrival — none of those are the vendor’s fault, and an index that cannot hear that is an index nobody will work under.
