Mersul is pre-launch, so there is no live service history yet. Performance standards will be validated with real work and explained to owners and service providers before launch.
A performance record is not the last word. Owners can see the work behind it, and disputes or unusual circumstances receive human review so service providers are not blamed for conditions outside their control.
Security
We ask for the least access that can do the job.
You authorize us on Tesla’s own page. We never see your password, and you can revoke us from your Tesla account at any moment.
You approve the connection
Mersul receives only the vehicle access needed to provide the service you choose.
No password ever reaches us
Authorization happens through Tesla. You can remove Mersul from your Tesla account at any time.
Service provider access is limited
A service provider receives access only for the assigned vehicle and service visit, not for your wider fleet or account.
Payment details are handled securely
Payment information is handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Mersul.
Important activity stays on the record
You can review access, service and completion records when checking a job or resolving a dispute.
